Every "this worked for me" post on a looksmaxxing forum, read and turned into a claim: what was done, what it supposedly did, over what timeframe, and how good the evidence behind it actually is. Then ranked. Counts instead of confidence.
Anyone can tell you mewing works. The useful question is how many people said it, and how many of those reports are worth anything. That's what this is:
| intervention | claims | tier 3+ |
|---|---|---|
| mewing | 496 | 26.6% |
| bonesmashing | 130 | 20.0% |
| orthodontics | 335 | 51.6% |
| GH / bone stacks | 1,125 | 33.4% |
| jaw surgery | 262 | 71.4% |
Tier = evidence strength, 0 folklore to 5 review/trial. Tiers are model-labelled against a published rubric â the report says so on its own method page, because a number you can't check is worse than no number.
Free first. The 7 cheap wins and 3 wastes are free, no card, no email. If the free part doesn't tell you something you didn't already know, the paid part won't either.
Mostly people who already know the vocabulary and are past the point of believing a thumbnail. If you're quietly working out whether the £4,000 thing is worth it, and whether the free thing is cope, that's exactly who this is written for: a cost-and-evidence table, not a glow-up course.
If you want the honest answer to one specific question first: does mewing work? or the full 32 interventions ranked by evidence.
Also £29 with the filtered claim table (CSV, ~13.6k rows) â ask for it when you message.
Payment is by bank transfer, not card â it keeps the price down and keeps a checkout middleman out of it. Three steps, two minutes.
Payment details are sent to you directly once you message â no account numbers sit on a public page.
Can I pay by card? Not yet. Card processors require an adult account holder, so payment is a bank transfer arranged in a message â which is also why nothing is bolted on top of the £14.99.
Is this medical advice? No. It's a count of what people reported, with the evidence graded and the limits of that grading written down. Anyone making a decision about surgery should be talking to a clinician, not a PDF.
What if I think the tiers are wrong? Then the method page is for you â the rubric is published, and the £29 tier ships the claim table so you can re-count it yourself. If it's still not worth £15, ask for the refund; it's 14 days, no questions.
Is it updated? It's a snapshot of 89,316 posts, dated on the cover. No subscription, no drip-feed, no "v2 coming soon" upsell.
